But here’s a little secret from us agents: please resist the urge to run the water or touch everything at an open house!

That shiny, spotless sink (especially stainless steel!) took a lot of love to make it sparkle. The moment water splashes or fingerprints hit? Yep — we’re back to wiping and polishing to make it picture perfect again.

Save the testing for when you’re in escrow — inspections are the time to turn on faucets and check every nook and cranny.
