3 Expensive Property Mistakes You Don't Want To Make!

Obviously, times are tough right now, so let’s be wary and conscious about that. But getting started is difficult, for most things. Especially investing.

You could almost say a property should be a side hustle that has long-term benefits unless of course, you’re loaded!!

However, one thing I have learned in 10 years though is how to do things better quicker and easier and if you watch www.youtube.com/c/theanxiousinvestor you’ll be able to do this too.

Remember your first deal will never be the best deal.
You will make mistakes, just learn from them!
Don’t rush the process, it takes as long as it takes.
Ensure you know your numbers & have two exit plans.

And NEVER compare with anyone else online.

Most people will exaggerate or lie, or fail to tell you how they started.

It’s unfair to compare yourself with someone who started with riches or had experience via their networks.

But never let that put you off as I literally started with zero, and got here after 10 years of slogging!

My only goal now is to make sure you all do it bigger / better & with less heartache.
