Mehdi rushed out of the house and, with stress taking over his entire being, got behind the wheel and set off to find Rana. The thought that the house that was a safe haven for Narges and her children was in danger because of her bitter past was tearing at his soul. He thought to himself that he could no longer let Rana destroy their lives.

He called Rana's phone several times but received no answer. He wandered the streets of the city, going wherever he thought Rana might be. Finally, that evening, he saw Rana in front of a car dealership, riding Mehdi's car, smiling and looking carefree. Mehdi got out and walked towards him with firm steps.

When Rana saw Mehdi, she said sarcastically:
"What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you the deal is done?"
Mehdi took a deep breath and said,
"Rana, this isn't over. I want to cancel the car deal."
Rana smiled mockingly and said,
"Can you? Remember the contract you signed? Your fingerprints are on the deal!"
Mehdi replied firmly and resolutely,
"I'll do whatever it takes. I won't let you ruin Narges and the kids' lives again. Give any video you have to the police. I'm ready to pay for my past mistakes."

Rana was taken aback for a moment. She hadn't expected Mehdi to surrender to the truth so bravely. She said angrily,
"If I go to the police and give the video, you know better what will happen!"
Mehdi, looking down at the ground, replied calmly:
"If this is necessary to save Narges and the children from your threats, then so be it. I will accept any punishment."

Rana was silent for a moment and then angrily left the car and said:
"Very well, Mehdi! But this is just the beginning. I will not let you get rid of me so easily!"

Mehdi quickly spoke to the car dealership and canceled the deal. He took his car back, but now he returned home with a heart full of fear and uncertainty about the future. When Mehdi arrived home, he saw Narges waiting for him, worried and anxious. Mehdi sat down quietly next to her and said in a trembling voice:
"Narges, whatever happens, I will protect you and the children. Even if I am to be punished for my past, at least I can rest assured that you will live in peace."

With tears welling up in her eyes, Narges took Mehdi's hand and said,
"No matter what happens, Mehdi, we are with you. Just promise to be honest with us from now on and fight for your life."

Mehdi smiled bitterly and whispered,
"I promise."

Now the shadow of Mehdi's dark past hung over them, but he was ready to do whatever it took to save his family's future.
