Trade Receivables is a really important parameter to check when analyzing any company because it shows you the actual financial health of the company. It shows the company's ability to convert its profits into cash and whether a company is making actual profits or not.

Also, it helps you to judge the credibility of the company where if any company's trade recievables are really high compared to its peers then there can be a high chance that the company is not showing the real numbers.
