Shares of Quick Heal jumped by almost 10%. The company announced during its meeting on July 21, that its board will discuss the possibility of buying back of equity shares up to 50 lakh at a price of Rs. 300 each, which is about 8% of its equity. The buyback will cost the company a maximum of Rs. 150 crore.
