I hacked the system of lead gen years ago. You only have time to have so many conversations per day. I just filled up my day with conversations. "That's not scalable Ricky!" Umm, yes it is. It's the most scalable. Because each great conversation creates an amazing first impression that lingers with that person forever on the back of the simple process of a weekly email to your entire database. None of the social media guru agents closed 100 deals a year as a single agent for 8 years in a row working 20 hours a week. I did. Everything comes back to conversations anyway...why not just go have the conversations from the jump? I'll wait for an answer.
